Trullion does not publish a price. There is no pricing page on trullion.com (the /pricing address returns a 404), none of the 528 URLs in its sitemap is a pricing page, and its own lease accounting FAQ ends with an instruction to reach out to the team for pricing. Every Trullion price is a custom annual quote after a demo. The one number you will find online, a starting price of $3,000 a year, comes from a software directory, not from Trullion. Everything below was checked on trullion.com and the directories that rank for this query on September 21, 2026.

How much does Trullion cost?

Trullion sells by annual subscription on a custom quote. Its lease accounting page answers the question "How much does lease software cost?" in general terms: the cost depends on portfolio size, complexity and required features, and pricing often reflects the number of leases, the standards you report under and the level of automation. It then tells you to contact the team. No tier names, no lease bands, no dollar amounts and no free trial appear on the product pages we checked.

So the honest answer is that Trullion costs whatever your quote says, and the quote is driven by lease count, standards, modules and whether you also buy its audit or revenue recognition products.

Where does the $3,000 figure come from?

SelectHub. Its Trullion profile says pricing starts at $3,000, billed annually, based on its most recent analysis. The same profile also says pricing details are not readily available and asks you to contact SelectHub for a tailored quote. GetApp shows no pricing information at all for Trullion. Trullion itself prints no figure anywhere on its site.

Treat $3,000 as a directory estimate with no vendor source behind it. We have caught directories printing the wrong price for vendors that do publish one: a listing for iLeasePro showed $290 a month while iLeasePro's own page said $149. If a directory can be wrong about a published number, it can be wrong about an unpublished one.

What drives a Trullion quote?

Five things, based on what Trullion says prices depend on and how quote based lease software is normally sold.

Lease count. Trullion names the number of leases as a pricing factor. Count equipment and vehicle leases as well as real estate, and count each amended lease once, not once per amendment.

Standards. A private US company on ASC 842 alone is a simpler scope than a group that reports under ASC 842 for the parent, IFRS 16 for a UK subsidiary and FRS 102 for a local statutory filing. Multi standard reporting is a common reason quotes rise.

Modules. Trullion is no longer only a lease product. Its homepage now leads with auditable AI for accounting and audit teams, and it sells revenue recognition and an audit suite alongside leases. If the sales team is pitching a platform deal, ask for the lease module priced on its own so you can compare it.

Onboarding. Someone has to get your existing leases into the system. Trullion extracts data from uploaded contracts, and your team reviews it. Ask whether onboarding help is included in the subscription or billed separately.

Term. Annual subscriptions are often cheaper per year on a longer commitment. Get the one year and the multi year price in the same written quote.

How does Trullion pricing compare with vendors that publish a price?

Only a handful of lease accounting vendors print a real number, which makes them useful anchors when a Trullion quote arrives.

VendorPublished priceScope
Cradle$99 a month up to 10 agreements, $199 a month up to 20Priced by lease count, users do not change the price
iLeasePro$149 a month up to 15 leases (iLeaseXpress), then $3,142 a year at 25 leases up to $15,486 at 500ASC 842 and IFRS 16, lessee only
FinQuery LeaseGuru$1,099 a year for 10 leasesSmall portfolio product; LeaseQuery is quoted
TrullionNone publishedCustom annual quote after a demo

Prices are as published on each vendor site; confirm before you sign. The iLeasePro ladder is broken down in our iLeasePro pricing guide, and the wider picture is in what ASC 842 lease accounting software costs.

Is Trullion worth it?

It can be, for the right buyer. Trullion's strongest argument is its source based audit trail: every value in a schedule traces back to the contract language it came from, which is what an external auditor asks to see. A finance team with a complex, changing portfolio, several standards and an audit firm that wants to review evidence inside the tool is the buyer Trullion is built for. Its customer stories include Claroty, Taboola, Bradken and the CPA firm Anchin.

It is a harder sell for a small private company with 20 leases on ASC 842 only, where a published price from Cradle or iLeasePro is easy to budget, or for a one time job such as an acquisition or a migration where you only need the lease data, not a new accounting system.

Does Trullion offer a free trial?

Not on its product pages. The call to action on the lease accounting and lease abstraction pages is Book a demo, and it runs recorded product tours and webinars instead of a self serve trial. If you want to test extraction on your own documents before a sales call, you need another way to do it.

How to get a Trullion quote you can actually compare

Go into the demo with your numbers already written down. List your lease count by type, the standards each entity reports under, the ERP you close in and the go live date your auditor expects. Then ask for three things in writing: the annual price for the lease module alone, what onboarding costs and who does it, and the price at your lease count in two years, since per lease pricing grows with the portfolio.

It also helps to know what your leases actually say before anyone quotes. Abstract two or three of your real leases first, the messiest one with amendments included, using a lease abstraction tool. You get your true field list and a clean file you can hand to every vendor, so each one builds its demo schedule from the same data. Our plans start at $49 a month and are listed on our pricing page.

Lease schedules also flow into the statements your lender or board sees at year end, so if you are preparing GAAP financial statements alongside the ASC 842 work, budget for both jobs at once.

Trullion alternatives worth pricing

If the quote comes back higher than the job needs, our Trullion alternatives page compares the field on pricing disclosure, standards and abstraction. For head to head matchups, see Black Owl Systems vs Trullion and Trullion vs DataSnipper, the second of which matters if you are buying for an audit team rather than a finance team.
