Push abstracted lease data straight into the property management, lease administration and accounting software your team already runs on, through one-click export, a developer API, and webhooks.
Download lease abstracts as Excel, CSV or JSON, mapped for Yardi, MRI or QuickBooks, ready to import.
POST a lease, receive the structured abstract as JSON. Wire abstraction into any application in minutes.
Trigger Zapier, Make and Power Automate flows the moment a lease abstract completes.
How abstracted lease data moves into the specific systems teams ask about most, including which fields each one expects on import.
Every platform it connects to, how the Workday feeds actually run, and what its API does and does not document.
Getting clean lease terms into Yardi Voyager without re-keying them, and the field set the import expects.
What MRI ProLease does with lease documents, and how to feed it verified abstracts instead of manual entry.
Preparing lease data for SAP RE-FX so the accounting close is not waiting on a spreadsheet.
Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting computes ASC 842 from the lease data you load; the fields its import needs and how to pull them from lease PDFs.
Feeding IBM TRIRIGA, plus what the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities transition timeline means for your data.
Sage Intacct Lease Accounting captures lease master data by hand; how to hand it verified abstracts instead.
Getting lease terms into NetSuite and NetLease without re-keying, and the fields each import expects.
QuickBooks Online holds ASC 842 entries but does not calculate them; the apps that post to it and the lease data they need.
Business Central has no lease module; the ASC 842 apps that post to it, what each one costs, and the lease data they import.
Asset leasing in Dynamics 365 Finance calculates from what you load; the lease fields its staging entities need and how to pull them from lease PDFs.
Acumatica has no native ASC 842 module; the marketplace apps that post lease journals to it, their prices, and the lease data they need.
Which lease apps post ASC 842 journals to Xero, which print a price, and which are built for landlords instead.
What Workday supplier contracts already do for ASC 842, and when Visual Lease, Nakisa or FinQuery earn a place next to it.
ARGUS Enterprise reads rent rolls from Excel, not lease PDFs; the abstraction step that fills that gap.
The field set almost every one of these platforms expects, as a spreadsheet you can download and fill.
If it accepts a CSV, an API call or a webhook, LeaseAbstractors connects to it. Talk to our team about your lease workflow.

Everything you need to know before you subscribe, or ask our support team about anything specific.
Ask a questionEach plan includes a monthly allowance of pages, and the number you get depends on which AI model you choose at extraction time. Base AI processes pages faster; Pro AI delivers the highest field-level accuracy. Your allowance resets on your billing anniversary each month, unused pages do not roll over. A typical commercial lease runs 20 to 60 pages including amendments, so the Starter plan's 2,500 Base AI pages cover roughly 40 to 120 leases a month.
Once your included pages are used up, extraction pauses until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time mid-month, the higher allowance kicks in immediately and you are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the period.
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly billing at any time on the Billing page. The yearly price is charged the same day, minus the unused part of your current month, and the 50% yearly rate applies right away. All payments are final: cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
All plans export to Excel XLSX and CSV. Plus adds QuickBooks (QBO) export and financial reports. Pro unlocks JSON output via REST API so you can push structured data directly into any ERP, RPA platform or internal system.
We do not use your documents to train or improve our own models, and files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Extraction runs through a third-party model provider, so review their terms if your policy requires a contractual no-training commitment. You control retention: documents can be deleted from the workspace at any time, and we will remove everything on request.
