Seven platforms are named directly on the integrations page. The detail Visual Lease publishes varies enormously: the Workday connection is documented feed by feed, while most of the others are named without any technical description at all.

Teams evaluating Visual Lease usually check the connector list first, and it is the wrong first question. A connector moves records that already exist in the platform. It does nothing about the 400 lease PDFs sitting in a shared drive that have never been read.
Every integration on the list above assumes your lease data is already structured inside Visual Lease. None of them read a lease PDF. The work of turning a 60-page lease with four amendments into base rent, escalations, options and critical dates happens before any connector fires.
Visual Lease documents the Workday integration as SFTP-based. That is perfectly workable, and it is pre-mapped, but it is scheduled file movement rather than a live API call. Teams expecting an instant two-way sync should read the mechanism before they design a month-end process around it.
Of the seven platforms named, only Workday gets a published description of what actually moves. For NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor and ADP you are relying on a sales conversation to learn which fields map and which do not.
The integrations page describes a bi-directional API but does not link developer docs from it. An engineering team cannot size an integration from a marketing description, so the scoping happens after you are already in a sales cycle.
An automated journal posting is only as good as the rent schedule behind it. If the commencement date was keyed wrong during abstraction, the connector will push that error into your general ledger every single month, faster and more reliably than a human ever would.

Ask which specific fields the connector maps, not just which platforms are supported. For Workday, that means the AR, AP and GL feeds. For the other six named platforms, ask for the field list in writing during the sales cycle.
Run the rest of the documents together so every record shares one schema. Review the fields the system flagged as low confidence, which is where amendment stacks and unusual escalation language show up.

That last point matters when you are comparing options. A claim of being the most accurate engine is a marketing position, not a measured figure, and it is not something you can verify from outside. Third-party software directories and pricing aggregators circulate implementation, customization and training figures, but none of those numbers come from Visual Lease, and we do not repeat them here for the same reason we stopped repeating per-lease abstraction rates that no vendor actually publishes. Three things, in this order. First, the field list: which specific fields move, in which direction, and what happens to the ones that do not map. Second, the schedule: whether it is an API call or an SFTP job, and how often that job actually runs in your configuration. Third, the data quality behind it, because an automated journal feed will post a wrong commencement date into your ledger every month with perfect reliability. That third one is the one teams skip, and it is the one that causes the restatement.
