Neither LeaseAccelerator nor Accruent publishes a price for its lease software. We checked both on October 13, 2026. Accruent runs a public pricing page with real dollar figures for three of its products, Maintenance Connection, Meridian and Space Intelligence, and Lucernex is not one of them. LeaseAccelerator, owned by insightsoftware, offers a Get Pricing and Promos button that opens a lead form. Both are enterprise quotes. What you can compare before the first call is what each quote will be built on, and that is where they differ most.
If you are pricing either one because you need lease data in a system by a deadline, the cheaper first step is to abstract your leases into structured fields now and take the same file into both sales cycles.

LeaseAccelerator vs Accruent Lucernex pricing at a glance
| Question | LeaseAccelerator (insightsoftware) | Lucernex (Accruent) |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | No. Get Pricing and Promos opens a form | No. Accruent prices three other products publicly, not Lucernex |
| How the quote is scoped | Lease count (it says it scales from 100 to more than 100,000 leases), asset mix, standards, ERP connection | Which of four products you take (Lx Contracts, Lx Markets and Sites, Lx Projects, Lx Transaction Management), portfolio size, implementation |
| Self serve trial | No, Get Instant Demo | No, Request a demo |
| AI lease abstraction | Not named. Bulk import of lease documents | Yes, Lucernex ATLAS, powered by Rocket Club AI |
| Standards named | ASC 842, IFRS 16, FRS 102 | ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87 |
| Built around | Lease accounting, sourcing, end of term, equipment heavy portfolios | Real estate lifecycle for multi site occupiers: sites, construction, leases, transactions |
Which is better, LeaseAccelerator or Accruent?
LeaseAccelerator is better when your lease problem is accounting and procurement, especially with a large equipment portfolio closing in SAP. Lucernex is better when your lease problem is a real estate lifecycle: picking sites, building them out, signing leases and running the accounting for hundreds of locations in one system. The two rarely win the same deal on merit. They end up on the same shortlist because both carry an ASC 842 badge and both sell to large companies.
A quick test: list what your team will do in the software every week. If the list is close, journal entries, remeasurements, end of term notices and lessor bids, LeaseAccelerator fits the job. If the list is site approvals, construction budgets, critical dates and the close, Lucernex fits. If the list is mostly getting lease terms out of PDFs and into whatever system you already have, neither is the efficient purchase, and our lease abstraction tool does that part on its own.
What do users say about LeaseAccelerator vs. Accruent in reviews?
Public review sites give both products solid but not stellar scores, and sample sizes are small, a few dozen reviews for Lucernex and not many more for LeaseAccelerator. Lucernex reviewers tend to praise the breadth of the platform and criticize the interface and the learning curve. LeaseAccelerator reviewers tend to praise calculation accuracy and audit support and criticize speed. Treat these as directional. The more useful step is to ask each vendor for a reference customer whose portfolio looks like yours in size and asset mix.
What drives a LeaseAccelerator quote
LeaseAccelerator sells to the office of the CFO, and its quote follows the accounting scope. The page names ASC 842, IFRS 16 and FRS 102, and FRS 102 gets its own section for UK subsidiaries. It names no GASB standard, so a government buyer should confirm coverage in writing before anything else.
The add ons that change the number are the ones that make LeaseAccelerator different. PureLease puts your portfolio in front of more than 500 lessors who bid for your business, and the company publishes an 18 percent reduction in evergreen payments and a 7 percent average cost saving. The SAP connection moves lease data to SAP through Excel templates via Process Runner. Lineos is an AI guide inside the product that answers questions with source links. Ask which of these are in the base subscription and which are separate lines, because the sourcing piece is where the savings claims come from.
LeaseAccelerator has been part of insightsoftware since July 11, 2024, alongside EZLease. If your portfolio is smaller and mostly real estate, compare it with its sibling in our EZLease vs LeaseAccelerator breakdown before you request a quote.
What drives a Lucernex quote
Lucernex is four products, and scope is the biggest lever on price. Lx Contracts is lease administration and lease accounting. Lx Markets and Sites handles site selection and market planning. Lx Projects runs construction and capital projects. Lx Transaction Management handles the deal workflow. A retailer opening 40 stores a year can use all four. A finance team that only needs the close should ask for an Lx Contracts quote and say so on the first call, because the default pitch is the whole suite. Our Lucernex pricing guide goes deeper on those line items.
AI abstraction is the newer line item. Accruent markets Lucernex ATLAS, powered by Rocket Club AI, which extracts key lease terms, dates, obligations and clauses, lets your team review and approve them, and writes the verified data into the lease record. That is useful if you are already a Lucernex customer. Ask whether ATLAS is priced per lease, per document or as a flat add on, and whether onboarding a backlog through it is included in implementation.
What size of company uses Accruent Lucernex for lease accounting?
Lucernex is built for large multi site occupiers, typically retail chains, healthcare systems and other companies with hundreds of locations, and Accruent says it serves customers in more than 75 countries. It is rarely the economical choice for a portfolio of a few dozen leases, because the platform cost is shaped by modules and implementation, not by lease count alone. Smaller teams usually get more from a lease accounting tool with a published price plus a separate abstraction step.
Is Accruent Lucernex a good fit for multi-site occupiers across retail and healthcare?
Yes, that is the market it is designed for. Lucernex covers retail rollouts through Lx Projects and names healthcare, industrial and educational facilities as supported sectors. It names ASC 842, IFRS 16 and GASB 87, which covers public hospital systems. The tradeoff is weight: you are buying an IWMS, so plan for an implementation project, not a quick switch.
How to get comparable quotes from both
Enterprise lease quotes are hard to compare because each vendor scopes to its strengths. Fix the scope yourself before either call:
- Count active leases by type: real estate, equipment, vehicles, embedded leases.
- List every standard and entity you report under, including any GASB entity.
- Name the ERP you close in and how lease journals reach it today.
- Abstract two of your own leases, one clean and one with amendments, so each vendor has the same file to load in the demo.
- Ask for first year cost and year two cost separately, with implementation, data migration and any AI abstraction priced as their own lines.
Read the order form as closely as you read the product. Enterprise lease software is almost always sold on a multi year term with an auto renewal clause and a notice window, and the notice date is easy to lose once the project goes live. If your team has no system for that today, a contract management software tool will hold the renewal date and the price escalator next to the signed agreement.
Where LeaseAbstractors fits
Both vendors need your lease data before they can do anything. LeaseAccelerator asks you to import it, and Lucernex either reads it through ATLAS after you sign or runs it through an implementation team. If you want that data now, upload a lease above and get every key term back as structured fields, each linked to the page it came from, in Excel, CSV or JSON. Our plans start at $49 a month on a public pricing page. Use the output to scope both quotes on the same numbers, then load it into whichever platform wins.
Still choosing beyond these two? The Lucernex alternatives and LeaseAccelerator alternatives pages compare the rest of the market, and Visual Lease vs LeaseAccelerator covers the other enterprise pairing buyers ask about.
